Mô tả công việc

Purpose of Position
- Business Review with client: Analyze Hospital sales performance and provide sustainable/Valuable insight
- Assistant to analysis tender result: Price Negotiation, Centralized tender at National Centralized Procurement Centre (NCPC), SoHs, Hospitals. Through that, active to provide innovative idea to develop Hospital business
- Coordinate with National Market Access Manager to update new circulars, new guideline from DAV, MoH, VSS, SoHs to Clients
- Analyze Vaccine project
Responsibilities
Business Review with client: Analyze Hospital sales performance and provide sustainable/Valuable insight
- Prepare Business Review: Analyze Tender result of key SoH/ Hospital Tenders, Tender sales per Classification.
- Proactive to corporate cross functional in provide business report, solve Client's demand
- Provide innovative initiatives to make business reviews more effective

Assistant to analysis tender result: Price Negotiation, Centralized tender at National Centralized Procurement Centre (NCPC), SoHs, Hospitals. Through that, active to provide innovative idea to develop Hospital business
- Analysis tender quota, sale, tender conversion rate & provide suitable feedback for sale team to improve performance
- Analysis tender with brand name and generic package to provide leader board to find more chance for company opportunities
- Through analysis, provide market intelligent & market trend
Coordinate with National Market Access Manager to update new circulars, new guideline from DAV, MoH, VSS, SoH to Clients
- Update market intelligent to leader & webpage
- Support to analysis market trend
- Coordinate with ABM, BC to provide new market information, new & expand customers to help clients expand business
Analyze Vaccine project
- Coordinate with KAS to analyze and update GSK/ MSD Vaccines to switch direct sales and feedback in the field and send email in English to GSK/ MSD Vaccine project. Prepare BR GSK/ MSD Vaccines
Other Responsibilities
- Other assignment(s) allocated from time to time
- Preparing of periodic reports.

Yêu cầu

Education and Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of experience in tender administration
- Project management experience is a plus
Language Skills
- Vietnamese and English (conversational & writing)
Other skills & abilities
- Knowledge of public procurement and tendering policies / principles
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret different sets of data
- Proven ability to analyses information quickly and to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders
- Ability to understand data input sources for reports and dashboards
- Ability to plan, elicit, organize, evaluate, communicate and tender requirements
- Ability to critically consider business needs and further probe until the real need is understood
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to represent the Company with professionalism and confidence
- Time management
- Negotiating skill
- Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
