Job summary
Control the SI (Signal Integrity) test of Cable products include New Product Introduction and Mass Production
phases. Responsible for factory quality improvement, customer complaint, managing KPIs with the SI performance.
Key responsibility
- Establish and operate the VNA machine, install the SI spec and perform the SI test.
- Analyze the daily SI failure issues to find the root cause and take corrective action with PE/QE.
- Analyze the SI issues from customer complaint, make 8D report and feedback.
- Leading and control the operator/technician of QC Test room.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, quality to improve design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational background
- Graduated university of Science or Engineering
2. Experience
- At least 4 years' experience in Test engineer role of electronic or automotive manufacturing companies
3. Skill
- Fluent in spoken, listen and written English is mandatory. Knowing Chinese is an advantage
- Good Problem solving and communication skill.
- Understand about cable signal: the Impedance, Return Loss, Insertion Loss, Signal Integrity, TSR,... and have experienced in the SI test.
