1. Responsible for providing Test Engineering support to production.
2. Responsible for Failure Analysis and Repairs of production fallouts and customer's returns.
3. Responsible for ensuring that Test/Rework Technicians are adequately trained for their jobs.
4. Work with CEI team and customer on
tester, PCBA and components quality.
5. Development tester ICT/FCT/FPT/Hipot follow request of customer
6. Work with cross-functional departments to ensure failures are feedback for improvement.
7. Encourage and Motivate team contribution and improvement to improve on efficiency.
8. Provide Test yield with top three defects, debug WIPs tracking records and failure records of daily workmanship feedback to Production, Process and QA for improvement.
9. Follow-up with customer's on engineering issue.
10. Assist the Test Head in verifying that the requirements of ISO9001;13485; AS9100, NADCAP & ISO14001 are implemented and maintained.
11. Assist the Test Head in Calibration System for Measuring Equipment that is Register in the Master calibration list.
12. Any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Diploma and having knowledge of electrical and electronic or degree in Electronics.
- 1 to 2 year's relevant experience
- Able to speak and write English
