1. Responsible for functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing of optical transceiver modules.
2. Develop test plans, procedures, and standards according to product specifications.
3. Perform product verification using optical communication test equipment such as BER
testers, oscilloscopes, and optical power meters.
4. Analyze test data, identify product issues, and assist R&D teams in troubleshooting and improvement.
5. Prepare test reports and maintain organized test data records.
6. Assist in developing automated test programs to improve testing efficiency.
7. Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) testing and validation.
8. Support production teams in solving technical issues during manufacturing testing.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in one of the following fields: Optical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Physics (Optics related), ...
- Professional Knowledge:
+) Solid understanding of optical communication principles.
+) Knowledge of common optical module types such as SFP, SFP+, QSFP, and QSFP28.
+) Basic knowledge of high-speed signal testing.
- Software skill: Python, LabVIEW, or C/C++
- Have experience with Testing or optical communication.
- Good at English/ Chinese.
- Fresh candidates can be considered if they have a relevant major and good English or Chinese skills.
