Testing and Commissioning Engineer

**1.Principal responsibilities
The principal responsibilities of the Test Engineer for Depot & Workshops System Position (Kỹ sư thử nghiệm thiết bị máy móc cho hệ thống bãi đỗ và bảo dưỡng tàu) shall be as follows:
1.Manage the schedule of OEM Testing Staff availability in coordination with DWE Sub-System Manager/DWE design team.
2.Attend regular T&C project progress/coordination meeting
3.Manage and monitor overall DWE T&C progress
4.Support the DWE Subsystem manager and Training Manager with regards relevant DWE Training schedule that relate to OTJ training that may take place during T&C.
5.Support the testing and commissioning Manager in managing test schedule on a day-to-day basis.
6.Co-ordinate the provision of equipment from other sub systems that are required to complete the DWE T&C.
7.To implement the Programme as detailed by the T&C Manager/DWE sub-system Manager.
8.Manage and/or support the Testing and Commissioning Manager in coordinating with other relevant subsystem with regards testing materials such as train, bogies, axles, wheelset, testing area/s, etc. that will be required during testing.
9.Ensure that the internal test of equipment after completion of installation/installation is carried out and ensure equipment availability prior to official test with client.
10.Manage and ensure that request for inspection (RFI) for each equipment is being done on a timely manner.
11.Carry out the static and dynamic subsystem test on site and record the test result in accordance with the approved test procedure.
12.Carry out interface and integration test where applicable.
13.Manage the interface/integration test with support of the relevant parties where applicable.
14.Support the Sub System Engineers prepare and submit Testing and commissioning procedure/s (PAT/SAT) on a timely manner until it gains approval from the client.
15.Prepare and submit Testing and Commissioning report and manage snag list/punch list until it gains approval from the client.
16.Any other engineering task as required by the Depot and Workshop Equipment Sub-System Manager or Testing & Commissioning Manager appropriate to their knowledge and skills..
**2.Levels of authority
The levels of authority of the Testing & Commissioning Engineer shall be as follows:
1. Ensure that tests and/or inspection is completed in accordance with approved test procedure
2. Review the test report for completeness
**3. Educational qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with Mechanical / Mechatronic / equivalent major
**4.Experience
The Testing & Commissioning Engineer is required to have the following work experience:
1.Experience in working onsite E&M Equipment testing for construction project - 5 Years
2.Experience in handling industrial machineries such as lathe machine, lifting jacks, infrastructure vehicles, test machines is preferred
**5. Skills and abilities
The Testing & Commissioning Engineer is required to have the following work skills and abilities:
1.High level of English language proficiency and understanding of engineering nuances.
2.Attention to detail.
3.Must be able to lead a team.
4.Document preparation and reporting capabilities
5.Good communication skills.
6.Well above average skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
