Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and room service.
Manage and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to high standards of food quality and presentation.
Develop and maintain menus that are creative, innovative, and appealing to a diverse range of guests.
Control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and minimizing waste.
Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Procure high-quality food and beverage products at competitive prices.
Train and develop new food and beverage staff members.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to develop and manage a team of food and beverage professionals.
Excellent customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and sanitation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
