Mô tả công việc
Follow the established guidelines for nail care and services adhering strictly to the Spa Standards, Protocols, Policies and Procedures.
Must provide a detailed explanation of all treatment techniques to be used on guest, as well as be comfortable discussing and assessing guest's requirements and concerns, and anticipating guest's needs. Provide any additional details or services to go above and beyond the guests' expectations.
Identify, discuss treatment and products with guests.
Knowledge and application of minor mending and treatment's repair.
Practice universal health care protocol while dealing with guests and co-workers
Proper nail painting techniques including French manicure.(apply for nail servicers particularly)
Knowledge of nail art application with rhinestones, decals etc. (apply for nail servicers)
Must maintain working knowledge of the following tools and equipment: paraffin heater, cuticle nippers, pushers, emery and buffers, hot oil manicure heater, electric mitts, sanitizing equipment, etc.
Must maintain a medical facility grade of cleanliness in the treatment area at all times, practicing all sanitation and safety guidelines as required by any applicable regulations and by the Policies & Procedures.
Maintain treatment areas cleanliness at all times. Practice a "clean as you go" approach to all work areas.
Must stay current on all relevant certifications as applicable.
Must be comfortable contributing to the development and improvement of treatment procedure.
Responsible for proactively offering and promoting additional spa services and products, return visits as well as retail components that will support the treatment and follow-up suggestions.
Must be comfortable answering questions and use proper telephone etiquette at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to departmental grooming standards and dress in full uniform at all times.
Practice professionalism in every situation with co-workers, guests and management, treating each person with respect and integrity.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Maintain the confidentiality policy for all spa guests.
Maintain proper record of guest history and preferences.
Maintain and practice all safety procedures and protocols.
Handle emergency situations with urgency and discretion.

Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well within a team.
Ability to respond to guest's concerns with urgency and professionalism.
Employee cannot exhibit any known medical conditions that would inhibit performing treatments.
Employee cannot experience any known allergies/sensitivities to fragrances or cosmetic/spa products (i.e.: essentials oils, mineral oil, peanut oil, etc.).
Health check must pass regarding to Vietnamese Law for Spa Business
Therapist's Certificate is required regarding to Vietnamese Law for Spa Business
Demonstrate exceptional grooming and personal attention to detail.
