JOB DESCRIPTION
· Prepare contract/ annex/ NDA (non-disclosure agreement) based on the standard terms and conditions of NielsenIQ Vietnam​
· Coordinate with CS and legal teams for reviewing the contract, NDA or some relating documents​
· Print, get the contract signed, scan and upload the signed contract on internal systems as per practices​
· Supporting the CS teams with other administrative related and vendor booking/payment
· Support with the register, payment processes for new vendor on Client's system (if any)​
· Coordinate with Global finance team to make Bank Guarantee (if any)​
· Other tasks assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
· Full-time last year student or fresh graduate (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade, Accounting or any related field)
· Detailed-oriented, patient, proactive with a "can do" and responsible attitude
· Interested in administrative tasks, hard-working, be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail
· Interest for professional and dynamic market research working environment
· No working experiences required
· Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Good at organizational and communication skills
