JOB DESCRIPTION
Fundiin is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Capability Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will support various projects aimed at enhancing business capabilities and operational efficiency.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Compile research findings into actionable insights for business strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and insights.
Create detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
Tools & Processes:
Assist in managing CRM systems for data accuracy and efficiency.
Support the BD team in streamlining sales pipelines and processes.
Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Resource, Training & Development:
Maintain essential BD resources like playbooks, product knowledge bases, and proposal templates. Ensure all resources are up-to-date and readily accessible.
Assist in developing training materials and participate in team's training & workshops.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Interest in the fintech industry and eagerness to learn about new technologies and trends.
