JOB DESCRIPTION

Expertise in Online
Messaging: Respond to customer queries via our online messaging system, using
your experience to provide efficient and effective solutions.

Ticket Resolution
Support: Utilise your skills to assist in managing and resolving customer
service tickets as required, ensuring customer satisfaction.
·
Customer Service
Excellence: Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional
attitude towards customers. Promptly and effectively address customer
inquiries.

Enhanced
Communication and Feedback: Adhere to communication procedures and policies.
Proactively engage customers and provide insightful feedback on customer
service processes.

Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure a uniform and high-quality level
of customer support.

Working time: Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

REQUIREMENTS
· Exceptional Proficiency in English: Strong reading, writing, listening, and spoken English skills are essential (specially both in writing and verbally is required)
· Fast Typing Skills: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) is a plus
· Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
· Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: The capacity to analyze and solve complex customer issues.
· Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
· Experience with Freshdesk / freshsales is good but not required.
. Proven experience in online customer service, specifically in handling online messages is a plus (not required)

khách hàng/ Customer order management and inquiry process

Xử lý đơn đặt hàng, biểu mẫu, ứng dụng và yêu cầu/
Processing
orders, forms, applications, and requests.
·
Xác nhận đơn hàng, xử lý lịch giao hàng, chuẩn
bị vận chuyển/ Order confirmation, handling of delivery schedule, shipping preparation
·
Quản lý và theo dõi chặt chẽ các đơn hàng ưu tiên, đơn hàng gấp/ Manage and follow up tightly for urgent/ ASAP orders
·
Giao tiếp với khách hàng qua nhiều kênh/
Communicate with customers through various channels
·
Báo cáo quản lý đơn hàng dự phòng/ Back-up
order management report
·
Giao tiếp và phối hợp với đồng nghiệp khi cần
thiết/ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
·
Bằng cử nhân chuyên ngành về Logistic hoặc Supply chain hoặc liên quan / Bachelor
degree in Supply chain or related

Yêu thích môi trường sản xuất/ Knowledge about
manufacturing
·
Kỹ năng tính toán, excel, thuyết trình cao/ High
skills of calculations, excel, presentation
·
Kỹ năng Tiếng Anh tốt (4 kỹ năng) / Proficiency in English (4 skills)
·
Kỹ năng đàm phán, làm việc theo nhóm, kỹ năng
quản lý, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề/ Negotiation skill, Teamwork, management skill,
