As a Growth Intern at Fundiin, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced growth professionals and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the fintech industry in Southeast Asia. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and a chance to make a significant impact on our company's growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of growth strategies and campaigns.
Assist in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth initiatives.
Support in monitoring, analyzing & tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to drive user acquisition and retention.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in the fintech industry, specifically in the BNPL space.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
