Launched in June 2020, Inspire Hub has been growing rapidly through pandemic and expanding to open the next branch in May 2021.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative support to various departments or individuals within the organization.
Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Help coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Collaborate with other team members on special projects or initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
