JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist and work on certain legal matters of the company, including:
Assist in carrying out and/or navigating licensing processes and procedures with competent authorities (e.g., IRC, ERC, etc.)
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising documents, contracts, policies, and other related documents.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including maintaining legal files, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
New graduates or current students in a bachelor's program in Law at an accredited university
Carefulness, honesty, responsibility, hardworking and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Essential writing and communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English
A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
