JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a young and dedicated HR Intern, who will take responsibility for the following:
Assist with recruitment efforts including updating candidate databases, job posting, screen-call and new hire processes;
Assist in management of employer brandings social media platforms;
Assist in routine administrative tasks if needed;
Other tasks required by the Manager (research, translation, etc).
Working Location: 125D Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
Working Hour: Work 4 - 8 hours/day (from Monday to Friday).

REQUIREMENTS
Students studying in University (prefer in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related major);
Has essential data entry skills, such as fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms;
Trustworthy, careful, and organized;
A fast learner;
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data programs;
Good command of English (- equal to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700);
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic;
Candidates who can work 8 hours per day are preferred.
