JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate the company's key activities.
Organize meetings and schedule important company events.
Plan and manage office supply orders and materials for departments.
Manage internal databases, important documents, and employee contracts.
Organize and maintain records of customers and business partners.
Draft, review, and manage documents related to quotations and contracts.
Store and print company documents for events or important meetings.
Update customer information, store, and manage related documents.
Support the Accounting Department with tasks such as: Preparing timesheets, processing payment requests, and tracking and paying for the company's fixed services.
Assist in recruitment.
Provide logistical support for company events and activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus
Proficiency in computer skills and office software
Detail-oriented, meticulous, with high accuracy and systematic thinking
Ability to learn quickly, listen actively, and proactively ask questions
Positive mindset and strong teamwork abilities
BENEFITS
Monthly allowance of 1,000,000 VND for part-time employees and 1,995,000 VND for full-time employees.
The part-time work duration is a minimum of 6 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working with the Business Development Manager and other members to actively search and connect startups with potential clients who are seeking innovative solutions.
Searching information and contact to related partners in innovation ecosystem, include suppliers, corporates, venture capitals, accelerators, incubator, etc. as required to develop business
Proceeding the production, distribution and mailing of information to partners.
Working in the development of new partnerships by research, preparation for meetings, pitches and proposals
Preparing required documents, proposals, MOUs, agreements, etc.
Search and connect corporate clients with suitable innovation providers based on clients' demands.
Prepare and compile contents to introduce, discuss and consult clients about suitable market solutions based on their demands via official documents, emails and presentations.
Implementing partnership programs and activities to achieve business development goals
Conduct extensive research on industry peers; industry developments, business and investment opportunities and regulatory developments in order to optimize consultation process and services' quality.
Search information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to develop business
Develop new partnerships by doing research, preparing for meetings, communicating and presenting pitches and proposals to partners.
Find new partners and develop partnerships with suitable projects of business.
Support BOD in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve business goals.
Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in Finance/ Business Development/ Partnership, or related fields.
Working experience in/with startups is a big plus.
Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges, and recognize corporate opportunities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a robust environment.
Ability to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
