JOB DESCRIPTION
Support market research & competitive analysis in the HR industry to identify potential sectors for building new customers and growth opportunities.
Draft service contracts, appendices, and other types of documents based on available templates.
Monitor, supplement, and update contract terms and data storage.
Arrange files and documents.
Support the implementation of CRM system processes and customer services to continuously improve customer service and plan for rapid and effective changes in improvement areas.
Support the development of sales frameworks, toolkits, applicable to the Sales/BD department nationwide.
- Support general department tasks as required by superiors.
Support data entry, update, and management of employee information.
Support the arrangement and management of various files, documents, and records.
Support photocopying, printing, scanning of documents, and employee files.
Carry out other tasks as requested by the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student from University/College with major in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law and relevant.
Able to work full-time in 6 months.
Ability to do multi-tasks.
Attention to details and be careful
Ability to work proactively
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Have planning, time management and organization skills
Have interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Good at English

Develop and maintain business relationships with
consultants and other internal departments to provide quality services in

Supporting with sourcing
candidate profiles.
Supporting with scheduling
interviews between clients and candidates as appropriate.
Supporting with sending
related information to Outsourcing Consultant in charge to offer candidates.
Work closely with team
to proactively exchange information on the clients and candidates.
Take part in team projects as assigned.
