Responsibilities:
Social Media Intern (70%)
●
Assist in developing creative social media
content to elevate our brand presence across various platforms.
●
Collaborate with the marketing team to
brainstorm and execute engaging social media campaigns including social media
management, content creation, and community engagement across multiple
platforms.
●
Create visually compelling content including
graphics, images, and short videos to captivate our online community.
●
Monitor social media channels, respond to
comments, and engage with our audience to foster meaningful interactions.
●
Support the marketing team in analyzing
performance metrics and optimizing content strategies for maximum impact.
●
Assist with other marketing initiatives
including email newsletters, and website updates as needed.
Digital Marketing Intern (30%)
●
Assist in the planning, execution, and
tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels. Coordinate campaign
timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and maximum
impact.
●
Conduct research to gather insights into
market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze data,
compile reports, and present findings to inform our marketing strategies and
decision-making processes.
●
Support the implementation and optimization of
marketing automation tools and processes. Help build and maintain marketing
workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer segmentation strategies to
enhance engagement and conversion rates.
●
Work closely with cross-functional teams
including marketing, category, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment
and consistency across all communication channels. Collaborate on projects,
contribute ideas, and support team members as needed.
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing
processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity. Propose and implement
solutions to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and scale our marketing
operations as we grow
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Final year student or recent graduate with a
degree in marketing, business administration, multimedia,
communication or related field.
●
Strong analytical skills and attention to
detail, with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous
improvement.
●
Excellent communication skills and the ability
to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote work
environment.
●
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and
eagerness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
●
Passion for social media marketing and content
creation.
●
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such
as Canva or Adobe Spark.
●
Previous internship or coursework related to
marketing or social media is a plus but not required.
