JOB DESCRIPTION
This role involves creating visually appealing marketing collateral for products, presentation decks, and designing the layout and aesthetics of our corporate website with copywriting.
Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop creative and visually engaging designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
Design the layout and aesthetics of our corporate website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
Website Design:
Conceptualize and create the visual design for the company's website, working closely with the web development team to ensure seamless implementation.
Ensure the website design aligns with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Copywriting of texts on corporate website based on information provided.
Brand Development:
Assist in refining and developing the company's visual brand identity.
Create consistent and cohesive design elements across all platforms and materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with founders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
Collaborate with the founder and other team members to brainstorm and implement innovative design strategies.
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our materials remain fresh and relevant.
Provide creative input and suggest new design ideas to improve our visual presence.
Market research on certain geographies such as USA and incorporate them into marketing production of collaterals.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to suggest new ideas and strategies.
