We have an intermediate opening for the position of Internal Communication Intern. In this position, you will cooperate with our current back-office team to develop internal communication strategies and plans.
Role Description
Support the planning and organization of internal events and employee engagement activities
Assist in preparing event materials, including content ideas, decoration, and vendor coordination
Support management and create content for internal communication channels (e.g., social media, newsletters) to strengthen employer branding
Take photos during internal events and activities to support communication materials
Assist in basic design and simple visual editing
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader
3rd-year or final-year students major in Communication, HR, Marketing, PR, Business,.. or other related fields
Proactive in suggesting new ideas for internal campaigns, activities, and employee engagement initiatives
Skills in using graphic design software, basic video clip editing (Canva, Capcut,...) are valued
Passion for internal communication/HR/Branding
Good information extraction, content writing skills
Good English language skill
Ability to cope with tight deadline and teamwork
