JOB DESCRIPTION
Working location: IDMC Building, 18 Ton That Thuyet Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
Your responsibilities include:
- Participate in supporting the practical tasks of the Recruitment Department at the office.
- Post job openings, search for candidates, contact and schedule interviews.
- Receive and review new employee records.
- Design recruitment posters, and support employer branding development activities.
- Other tasks as assigned by the team leader.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications of candidates:
- Third-year or final-year students majoring in Administration/ Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in English communication (Intermediate/Advanced level).
- Available for internship for at least 3 months (Full-time or Part-time, minimum of 5 mornings/afternoons per week).
- Own a personal laptop.
- Proactive, good communication skills, diligent, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about and oriented towards working in the Recruitment field.
