Provide daily
IT support and troubleshooting for hotel colleagues and departments.
Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, telephones, network equipment and other IT devices.
Monitor and maintain hotel network, Wi-Fi and basic IT infrastructure.
Support hotel systems including PMS, POS, CCTV, telephone and other operational systems.
Manage user accounts, passwords, system access and basic IT security requirements.
Respond to IT incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain IT equipment inventory, software licenses and technical documentation.
Assist with system updates, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Provide IT support for meetings, events and daily hotel operations.
Support the installation and testing of IT systems and equipment during the pre-opening phase.
Follow IHG IT standards, information security policies and company procedures.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling company and employee information.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
Experience with hotel IT systems is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
