Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on carpentry works.
Inspect wooden furniture, fixtures, and fittings regularly.
Maintain doors, windows, cabinets, and wooden finishes.
Complete preventive maintenance records accurately.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Corrective Maintenance
Respond promptly to carpentry maintenance requests.
Repair damaged furniture and wooden structures.
Replace defective woodwork and hardware components.
Restore damaged finishes to Resort standards.
Escalate major repair requirements when necessary.
Carpentry Operations
Fabricate, install, and repair wooden fixtures.
Carry out minor renovation and refurbishment works.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Select appropriate materials and woodworking methods.
Maintain high workmanship and finishing standards.
Materials & Documentation
Maintain carpentry tools and equipment properly.
Request materials and spare parts when required.
Complete maintenance reports and work orders accurately.
Support inventory control of carpentry materials.
Maintain engineering records and documentation.
Teamwork & Communication
Work closely with Engineering Associates and other departments.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments during maintenance activities.
Participate in departmental meetings and training.
Support renovation projects and preventive maintenance programs.
Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Follow Resort engineering policies and procedures.
Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
Use carpentry tools and equipment safely.
Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Participate in emergency response procedures.
Yêu cầu
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Carpentry, Woodworking, Building Construction, or a related technical field.
Working experience
Previous experience as a Carpenter or in a similar Engineering role is preferred.
Experience in an international resort, hotel, or commercial property is an advantage.
Professional knowledge and skills
Good knowledge of carpentry techniques and woodworking practices.
Ability to repair and install furniture, fixtures, and woodwork.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.

Working 5,5 days per week.
Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
Basic Salary: 8-12 million, based on qualifications and experience
Service Charge: Up to VND 10 million/month
