Carpentry Operations
Fabricate, install, and repair wooden fixtures.
Carry out minor renovation and refurbishment works.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Select appropriate materials and woodworking methods.
Maintain high workmanship and finishing standards.
Materials & Documentation
Maintain carpentry tools and equipment properly.
Request materials and spare parts when required.
Complete maintenance reports and work orders accurately.
Support inventory control of carpentry materials.
Maintain engineering records and documentation.
Teamwork & Communication
Work closely with Engineering Associates and other departments.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments during maintenance activities.
Participate in departmental meetings and training.
Support renovation projects and preventive maintenance programs.
Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Follow Resort engineering policies and procedures.
Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
Use carpentry tools and equipment safely.
Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Participate in emergency response procedures.
