Mô tả công việc
1. Trade System Data Extraction & Reporting (FF and Trade operation):
• Data extraction RCS8 & Report:
o Extract data from RCS8 (Sales/Visit/Stock Count/Sync)
o IMS [RCS8 + S&I] comparison (Report for comparing IMS bwt RCS8 and S&I reports).
o DSR Behaviour on RCS8 (Tracking DSR behaviour on RCS8 (Call Compliances, time in outlet, out of range...).
o Control and Maintain data on RCS8/System Issue:
o Ensure the consistent and accuracy of data on RCS8. Find out/solve system issue.
o RCS8 Warehouse: IMS / STOCK IN/CLOSING STOCK
• FF Effectiveness:
o FF Weekly effectiveness (IMS/ Strike Rate/ Drop Size/ Distribution by TS).
o DS weekly Performance tracking (IMS Achievement).
• BAU Report Daily/Weekly:
o Sale Inventory (Combine SI daily report from PD & send to HQ /SMS to RM - daily - weekly- monthly).
o Sale Achievement by PDs (IMS Achievement report).
o IMS Daily (via Whatsapp) .
o Daily Pricing by provinces (WS/Retail Price).
o Checking Sales & Stock Count (Update sales & Stock count by SKU by outlet).
o Distribution Report
• Customer List Management & System Support:
o Combine & check data from TS.
o Import Template & Send data HQ.
o Check issue route & contact System HQ to fix.
2. Trade System Analytics (FF and Trade operation):
• Data extraction, analysis and report creation: at ease with statistics and data analysis to maintain and improve our reporting system to optimize sales.
• Deploying tools, excel templates, to automatize and improve the statistical analysis;
• Analysing data related to business performances (LE, DRP, FF Effectiveness, etc..), cycle activity campaigns ...
• To liaise with the BD Team in order to build tools and reports for the team
• Support decision making through analytics, working with relevant stakeholders for information & data needed from systems to provide report on sales initiatives
• Create and maintain standardized & centrally regional trade reports.
3. Others
• Work with related function such as Admin/Finance/BD/MD to ensure all issues related to the offer deployment is raised appropriately and solved timely.

Yêu cầu
• College/ University graduate with solid academic results, preferably in business & marketing management
• Minimum 2-year experience in Trade Marketing/ Distribution in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
• Understanding and experience of managing Trade Marketing, Account Management and Field operations.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially on Excel (Pivot) and Power PI
• Data driven mindset
• English at immediate level.
• Minimum 2-year experience in Trade Marketing/ Distribution in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
• Understanding and experience of managing Trade Marketing, Account Management and Field operations.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially on Excel (Pivot) and Power PI
• Data driven mindset
• English at immediate level.
