Mô tả công việc

Maintenance and filing of personnel records, processing and typing of personnel documents.
Processing confidential employee information and for maintaining employee records on a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). May assist in the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective.
Prepares and/or supervises the production of statistical summaries and special reports for HR operation involving monthly and yearly worforce, leave information (vacation, time-off, paid leave,...), payroll information (banking account, Tax dependent, Social Insurance contribution)
Support in communicating, delivering and storing Insurance Cards of employee
Support data in HR event as employee' birthday, occasion gifts,....
Other administrative required by supervisor

Qualifications
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
Mandatory
- Carefulness and high responsibility
- Hard-working, proactive, fast-learner, organized
- Friendly, honest, patient
- Keep highly confidential information
- At least 6-month part-time Internship
Nice to have/plus
- Good at English skill in writing and reading (is a plus)
- Good at Microsoft Office skill
