Plan and manage daily tour operations
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and tour guides
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tours
Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
Monitor and track operational budgets to ensure cost-efficiency
Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations

Yêu cầu
Previous experience in tour operations or hospitality
Knowledge of travel software and booking systems is a plus
Previous experience in operations management or HR functions is a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Fluency in English is required
