As a Trade Channel Manager, you will work individually and support the delivery of our brand sales while you develop and implement a best in class, high-impact, and multi-channel shopper plans aligned to the category.

Develop trade marketing strategy, utilizing trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade-led activities across our channels.
Propose scheme to appropriate GSK VN's parties to help GSK vaccines brands and products competitive and achieve objective.
Work with Business Intelligence ("BI") to create consistent and coherent KPI measurement and tracking system to deliver relevant business insights and brand/channel performance.
Partnering closely with local finance business partner, BI, SFE team for opportunities to continuously improve G2N, monitoring scheme implementation and resource utilization.
Connect and maximize the commercial value of all available external & internal data sources to identify growth opportunities for the business by engaging Key local and above country stakeholders.
Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the FF team.
Work closely with the vaccines marketing head to develop optimal channel strategy.
Liaise and work closely with external partners to determine potential opportunities to activate vaccination services.
Responsible for trade scheme design and deployment by selecting the appropriate market data and methodologies or integrating internal and external data sources.
Design the competitive G2N scheme to maximize resources and improve the performances based on robust data analysis and market insights.
Provide technical support/ training for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools to manage performance.
Facilitates commercial trade channel data strategies for trade scheme design, implementation, integration and usage.
Manage and monitoring G2N to drive optimal and effective schemes.
Consolidate market intelligence report gathering from the trade to coordinate with marketing and field force for implementation and reaction.
