Trade Marketing Assistant ManagerUnited Pharma Viet Nam

This position reports to the Trade Marketing Head.
Trade Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of trade marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence, drive sales, and improve the overall effectiveness of promotional activities in the pharmaceutical market. This role involves close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of trade marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work together with Marketing for effective Trade marketing programs.
Propose effective programs for trade channels.
Forecast and follow up sales.
Audit execution of all trade programs.
Support and execute the marketing strategy for retailers, key accounts and merchandising agencies.
Supervises the activities related to promotional strategies.
Ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met.
Be accountable for achieving specific sales objective.
Conduct regular field operational sales audits to determine where salesmen are having difficulties so these can worked out.
Analyze distributor's performance and make proposal for improvements.
Direct the flow of information for sales activities and transactions (leads, billings, orders, contracts) and evaluate data to endure territory goals are met.
Develop and regularly update promotion programs in coordination with Trade Marketing/Marketing and Sales merchandising guidelines for new and existing products.
Collect data from sales team: customer's feedback, current market and competition evolution and quickly transmit information to superior or relevant function for reacting with the changing market conditions and customer demand.
Make reports/Itineraries in monthly, quarterly, yearly as requested.
Execute for trade program through all channels.
