Mô tả công việc
• Trade budget management: Takes responsibility for the total trade investment budget & allocation, monitor spending & accurate reporting.
• Develop Channel growth strategy, Customer JBP incorporated with Brand Strategies & Business objective.
• Lead Trade-Sales activity calendar to implement Trade strategy into effective activities for customer promotion, visibility, shopper activation and sales engagement. Monitors progress and assure excellent execution with SMART KPIs setting & regular tracking.
• Strong engagement with Sales team, Distributors and other stakeholders to enhance business performance, strengthen Reckitt Vietnam competitive position and performance.
• Provides extensive sales analysis to management team with action plan for effective monitor and control on sales performance.
• Lead Activity calendar & sales forecast in S&OP.
• Works with Sales team (on field and via analysis) to monitor trade execution, contribute to develop organization capability to meet business needs via on-going feedback and coaching.
• Sets high standard for self, initiate performance discussions with manager, acts on feedback, reflects on experience for improvement.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree - Economy, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration major
• Minimum 6 years experiences in Sales/Trade Marketing
• Minimum 1 year Manager level
• Good at English, communication skills, data management skills, presentation skills
• Excellent sales/trade knowledge with ability to develop and drive operation plans, oversee the development and implementation of trade marketing tactical and long-term plans
• Hard-working, professional & able to work under high pressure
• Minimum 6 years experiences in Sales/Trade Marketing
• Minimum 1 year Manager level
• Good at English, communication skills, data management skills, presentation skills
• Excellent sales/trade knowledge with ability to develop and drive operation plans, oversee the development and implementation of trade marketing tactical and long-term plans
• Hard-working, professional & able to work under high pressure
