Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Trade Marketing Executive based in Hanoi with at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in English. This role will be responsible for managing Trade Marketing tasks in the North region, ensuring smooth execution, and playing a key role in supporting the growth of our startup.
Key Responsibilities
POSM
• Be in charge of visual merchandising execution in stores from end-to-end of all channels in accordance with brand guidelines
• Work closely with Sales, suppliers, customers to ensure the standard presence of display and timely take actions when needed
• Produce suitable materials for the region which help improve the visibility and attraction, distribute and control the stock
Event
• Lead all trade events including meeting, workshop, road show, exhibition/ trade fair, training, etc.
• Support to draft and execute promotion programs and keep an eye on the market's feedback
Promotion
• Coordinate with other internal teams and external bodies to ensure legal compliance of promotion programs and smooth execution
• Cascade promotion guideline to Sales, input data and consolidate results for pre & post promotion
• Keep an eye on promotion with Sales, customers, consumers, for amendment if necessary
• Gather information of the field intelligence (trends, insights, customers, competitors), assess and interpret results and work with key sales stakeholders to apply learnings and make recommendations
Administration
• Be responsible for contract review, signing, invoices checking and tracking, payment settlement
• Keep track of Marketing asset inventory
• Summarize and deliver periodical reports of activities as required
• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by line manager
