Objective of role:
Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for leading the development and execution of trade marketing strategies across various retail channels. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of the retail environment, a strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns, and the ability to lead and manage a team of trade marketing professionals. Additionally, you will supervise a team of Trade Marketing Executives and ensure their performance aligns with company goals.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Trade MKT:
Execute trade marketing plans and initiatives to support our retail partners, with a focus on driving traffic and increasing sales.
Work closely with the Sales team to understand the needs of our retail partners and develop customized marketing programs to meet those needs.
Execute co-marketing campaigns with retail partners, including developing creative assets, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics.
Execute in-store marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies, production partners, and other vendors as needed.
Collaborate with related stakeholders to develop product launch plans and in-store product promotions.
Analyzing:
Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities and challenges for our retail partners and develop strategies to address those challenges.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience in trade marketing or related field, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
Skills: Demonstrate experience in supervising and leading a team, Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendors, Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making, Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
Efficiency in English & Advance computer skills in Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint...
