The Purpose of this Position:
The purpose of this position is to develop
trade marketing plans and consumer activity plans to drive offtake & sales volume in key on & off trade customers to ensure that company meet short & mid-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of Consumer Promotion tools (CPT Program) for ON & OFF Trade channels:
- Develop customer & shopper insights for assigned channels. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers, sub-channels
- Develop channel initiatives that support BPA to achieve target full year.
- Identify opportunities and develop monthly/quarterly/yearly trade program
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data, channel performance metrics, and market share to assess the effectiveness of channel development strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates on channel development activities, sales performance, and market trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing. Experience in FMCG industry is preferable.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)
- Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
- Good understanding of the retails landscape, market trends, and customer/shopper insights
- Good at analytical and translate into market insight
- Highly motivated, energetic, and strong team player
- Outgoing, comfortable in nightlife/drinking environment
