Plan and execute sampling and trade/consumer promotion activities in line with company strategies and within the approved budget.
Manage POSM quantity, liaise with suppliers for quotations, mock-ups, and delivery timelines.
Monitor and analyze sell-in/sell-out data by region/team to ensure effective program execution.
Conduct market research through agencies and field visits.
Coordinate with authorities for marketing activity approvals.
Collaborate with Sales on product display, merchandising, POS materials, and sales tools.
Support exhibitions, events, and small brand activation within the approved budget.
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
University graduated, major in Marketing, Business administration.
At least 2 year in similar position in trade or brand MKT at FMCG or distributor company
Brand building & marketing operation activities (sampling, planogram standards...), and
Trade marketing.
Marketing knowledge, data analysis, negotiation skills
Good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
