Assist the
Trade Marketing Team Leader in executing sales-driven marketing activities across offline touchpoints and retail channels within the Southern region.
Support nationwide campaign execution while ensuring operational alignment, execution quality, and localized store performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities1. Trade Marketing Execution
Execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly Trade Marketing activities for offline channels.
Support implementation of sales-driven marketing campaigns and localized initiatives within assigned regions.
Analyze trade area performance, customer behavior, and market opportunities to support business growth.
2. Campaign Rollout & Store Execution
Execute rollout of:
POSM
Offline activations/ Gifts
Seasonal campaigns
In-store communications
Store branding touchpoints
Ensure execution consistency and operational alignment across assigned stores.
Monitor implementation quality and timelines to ensure on-time and in-full rollout.
Conduct store visits and support execution audits when required.
3. Sales Performance Monitoring
Track regional sales performance and campaign effectiveness on a weekly and monthly basis.
Support post-campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Collaborate with Operations and related stakeholders to improve store performance and customer experience.
4. New Store Opening (NSO) & Local Store Marketing (LSM)
Support Trade Marketing execution for New Store Openings (NSO), including:
POSM setup
Launch preparation
Traffic-driving activities
Local activations
Execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities tailored to local trade areas.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution, including:
Brand MarketingOperations
Digital Transformation & IT
CRM/App
Finance
Supply Chain
Design Team
Support coordination with landlords, external partners, and vendors for local activities.
