Key Responsibilities
1. In-store Execution & Merchandising
Execute product displays, POSM installation, shelf setup, and promotional booths at supermarkets, shopping malls, and retail stores according to approved plans.
Ensure POSM materials are properly displayed, maintained, and replenished when necessary.
Coordinate with the Sales team to optimize product visibility and in-store merchandising opportunities.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising execution and ensure compliance with brand standards.
2. Trade Marketing Activities
Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, sampling activities, and in-store marketing programs.
Prepare presentation materials and marketing proposals for trade marketing initiatives.
Coordinate the production, distribution, and management of POSM materials for campaigns and retail channels.
Monitor POSM budgets and support payment procedures related to trade marketing activities.
3. Reporting & Market Insights
Prepare execution reports, monitor product availability and POSM status, and recommend improvement actions.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support effective trade marketing strategies.
Support business performance analysis and provide recommendations for promotional activities and sales growth initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Sales, or a related role; experience in FMCG or consumer goods is preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Willing to travel frequently for store visits and field execution.
Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates who are available to join immediately are preferred.
