Mô tả công việc
• Utilize internal & external data to monitor the brand's performance at channel, identify Issues & Opportunities, make promptly recommendations to go forward, and independently lead the development & implementation of trade plans to build & keep growths for those brands (Heineken, Tiger & Innovation Portfolio).
• Own robust understanding of the shopper insight, market & channel landscape and bring that perspective to translate /inject into the innovation of POSM/TOT, from the concept development to production, deployment, and evaluation.
• Lead projects based on company requirements (i.e. Visibility in hot zones project, Shopper Behavior study, Driving Retailer promotion Guideline & Framework...)

Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree in business administration, marketing (preferred, not required)
• FMCG industry commercial experience in MNC of min 4 years
• Trade marketing or sales background
• Drives to win, able to distill and define objectives from broad directions, organize time & resources, and mobilize & motivate others towards achieving these objectives.
• Adapts well, overcomes obstacles and defines trade-off choices and alternative solutions to push forward if faced with barriers.
• Leads by accountability, focuses on tasks end-to-end, holds self & others accountable.
• Team player, knows how to generate support and manage cross-functionally without hierarchy, able to ask for help and recognize others' contributions.
• Connected to current news & developments, actively demonstrates knowledge of broad business, retail, and social/cultural trends.
• Well-organized and dependable, manages well timelines and milestones, creates visibility on projects & deliverables, communicates risks early and proactively manages alignment between stakeholders.
• Native speaker / fluent in Vietnamese
• At least upper intermediate in English
• Understands and demonstrates practical knowledge of channel strategy, segmentation, and analytics processes.
• Understands and shows practical knowledge of building & executing channel and/or brand plans and commercial calendars.
• Demonstrates practical knowledge of how to obtain, analyze & apply shopper insights.
• Has good understanding of sales & distribution strategy (coverage, distribution, routing, targeting & rewarding, steps of the visit, outlet execution, and channel standards)
• Understands and has practical knowledge of the retail environment and can relate and connect business & sales JBTD to market reality.
• Good stakeholder management skills, understands and has practical experience how to engage with sales teams.
