JOB PURPOSE:
The objective of this position is to manage & oversee the deployment of
trade marketing programs across regions, monitor and analyze performance data to evaluate program effectiveness, and synthesize nationwide market insights to propose holistic program improvements and initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trade Program Deployment and Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of trade marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between category management, promotional sourcing, and field sales teams.
- Establish efficient processes, tools, and systems to enable the effective deployment and execution of trade activities at the store level.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and the retail landscape to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in trade programs.
- Build standardized processes, tools, and principles to ensure consistent execution and compliance of trade marketing programs across channels.
Diagnostics and Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth diagnostics to uncover gaps, issues, and challenges across various sales channels and trade environments.
- Leverage data and analytics to surface meaningful insights about sales performance, trade program effectiveness, and product/category dynamics.
- Develop recommended trade tactics and strategies to address identified gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
People development:
- Develop people via coaching, mentoring, and build up development roadmap for young talents & team members.
