Mô tả công việc
Assist in the preparation and review of licensing agreements and related documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis on licensing issues and regulations.
Support senior associates in negotiations with clients and third parties.
Maintain and update licensing records and databases.
Draft correspondence and reports related to licensing matters.
Provide general administrative support to the licensing team.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in licensing laws and regulations.
Liaise with government agencies regarding licensing matters.
Follow up with state authorities on corporate licensing and regulatory compliance issues.
Assist in preparing and submitting applications and renewals to government agencies.
Track and manage deadlines for licensing renewals and filings.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of experience in licensing.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Competitive base salary in range of VND 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 depending on actual experience;
KPI bonuses every 6 months
