Trainer and Field Quality Assurance Assistant.
Location: Based in Long An - Ben Luc but frequently travels to other provinces of the Mekong Delta
Working time: Monday to Friday.
Salary: Negotiate
Principal functions and responsibilities
• Be the Training leader and conduct "Train the Trainers" (TFR Agronomists / Quality controllers) on Quality Standards and sustainable Citrus production, with support of the Quality Assurance and Citrus production teams. Trainings are both theoretical and field practical trainings.
• Support the upscaling and training of farmers contributing to the certification of over 500 farmers for GlobalGAP, ..and others clients standards as required.
• Support Quality Assurance in the field related to the implementation of the various standards,
• Conduct field assessments and audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Support the development and updates of the training materials.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and certification progress.
• Support production forecast control and quality selection workers supervision.
