- Develop training strategies, directions, and comprehensive learning systems to enhance organizational capabilities, succession pipelines, and a strong learning culture within the company.
- Design, implement, and optimize onboarding, functional, soft-skill, and leadership development programs aligned with business objectives and organizational growth stages.
- Partner with business units to assess competencies, identify training needs, and build employee development roadmaps.
- Oversee training operations including budget management, systems, processes, training data, and post-training effectiveness evaluation based on KPIs and competency frameworks.
- Build and develop internal training teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and sustainable people development.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
Proven experience in Training Management roles such as Team Leader, Training Manager, or Head of Training, preferably in large-scale or multi-functional organizations.
- Strong capability in developing training strategies, competency frameworks, talent development roadmaps, and structured learning systems.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, change management, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Passion for people development, proactive mindset, and the ability to drive learning culture and organizational capability growth.
