1. Follow-up on customer requirements and maintenance of customer relationships.
- Timely and accurately confirm customer orders, delivery requirements, and other issues, and respond to customers with the company's corresponding status.
- Greet visiting guests.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and promptly resolve project-related issues.
2. Project process management.
- Chair weekly project meetings for the projects under your responsibility, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time.
- Attend production and shipping meetings to ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) is achieved at over 90%.
- Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and ensure that any cost (CIA) generated from ECN changes is approved by the responsible party in advance.
- Attend weekly quality meetings and provide timely feedback on customer quality requirements.
- Hold emergency meetings related to the project and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve project-related issues.
3. New product introduction
Follow up on the new product introduction for the projects under your responsibility.
4. Daily administrative tasks and other duties
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree, Production Engineering and Management are preferable.
2. Over 5 years of project management experience, with experience in the electronics industry preferred.
3. English: Fluent in speaking and listening, strong reading and writing skills.
4. Proficient in Excel, familiar with various report preparation and proficient in report analysis.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, organizational, and management skills, with an outgoing and cheerful personality.
6. Diligent and meticulous, honest and dedicated, proactive, flexible in responding to situations.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team spirit.
8. Able to maintain a good working state under significant pressure.
