Mô tả công việc
1.Identify and assess the training needs of the company through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers and BODs.
2.Under the general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources, establish training plans on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to the whole Resort and ensure these shall be implemented promptly and fully.
3.Ensure that all newly hired members are properly inducted and certified with Orientation either through classroom training or on the job training.
4.Apart from usual Orientation, be responsible for conducting other training programs such as English Communication, soft skills or any programs upon request.
5.Seriously research and refer to different channels for the best training materials preparation to bring the most effective outcome in all training courses.
6.Check and monitor employee's compliance with the grooming, uniforms and other standards.
7.Attend and spot check departmental training courses occasionally (without prior notice to HODs) to support and have proper adjustment if needed (after having a proper report and discussion with HRM).
8.Monitor all training activities, programs conducted on and off site.
9.In conjunction with HRM and HODs, maintain and develop departmental training schedules to meet departmental operating objectives.
10.Be responsible with HRM in creating and managing the master training record of each employee, including the training attendance, training process and achievement for the purpose of personnel development.
11.In conjunction with HRM in managing regular employee appraisals and making sure employees have as much opportunities as possible for ongoing development.
12.Be creative and proactive to establish some culture activities, programs or others (such as a training library establishment of books, videos, journals and resources, English club...) to assist trainer and learner in developing their working skills and qualification.
13.Prepare and propose yearly training budget in the most effective and realistic manner with the consultancy of HRM.
14.In conjunction with HRM in monitoring the training budget usage based on monthly P&L report to have timely suggestions to HRM (if any) for a proper adjustment in the following months.
15.Develop test and performance evaluation procedures in conjunction with HRM.
16.Evaluate himself/ herself and any other trainers' performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendation for improvement.
17.Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
18.Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
19.Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and Resort management.
20.Ensure a well understanding of the Company policies and procedures to be able to disseminate and explain to employees if any.
21.Perform others tasks assigned by HRM or Management.

Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh hay các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo (nói, viết)
- Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí dự tuyển
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm quản lý khách sạn, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, thành thạo Tiếng Anh.
- Các yêu cầu khác sẽ được trao đổi trong buổi phỏng vấn.
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo (nói, viết)
- Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí dự tuyển
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm quản lý khách sạn, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, thành thạo Tiếng Anh.
- Các yêu cầu khác sẽ được trao đổi trong buổi phỏng vấn.
