Training Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Logistics & Coordination:
- Arrange training rooms, equipment, materials and participant communication.
- Coordinate mandatory training programs, including Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Orientation and Legal compliance, and Soft skills.
2. LMS & Training Records:
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, learner registration, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate training records, both digital and hard-copy to ensure accuracy, completeness, and easy retrieval.
3. Training Content & Support:
- Prepare training handouts, presentation slides, assessments, and evaluation forms.
- Support the Training Advisor in developing basic training materials.
4. English Program Support:
- Organize and directly facilitate internal English classes for employees.
- Manage attendance, training materials, class scheduling, and trainer coordination.
- Conduct placement tests, evaluate learning progress, and prepare performance reports.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare weekly and monthly training reports, including attendance, training hours, and course completion status.
- Ensure full compliance with audit requirements, including SA8000, HSE, and customer audits.
