* Training Program Design: Collaborate with the L&D Leader to develop learning roadmaps for different employee groups, including New Hires, Sales, PMD, CS, TED, Production, QA/QC, Logistics, CMD, and HR/Admin.
* Training Content Development: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from TED, PMD, CS, Production, QA/QC, Logistics, CMD, Legal & Commercial to collect, standardize, and organize knowledge into training materials, including presentation slides, participant handbooks, checklists, templates, and assessments.
* Training Coordination & Administration: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars; organize and coordinate training sessions for different employee groups; monitor attendance, assessment results, participant feedback, and training completion status.
* Onboarding Training: Support the implementation of onboarding programs for new employees; monitor learning progress and assist in evaluating training outcomes during the probation period.
* Training Records & Learning Library Management: Maintain and organize training resources, including presentation slides, handouts, SOPs, templates, videos, and case studies; ensure proper document version control and maintain accurate training records.
* Training Effectiveness Evaluation: Design post-training evaluation forms; monitor completion rates, assessment scores, and participant feedback; recommend continuous improvements to training programs.
*Reporting : Prepare and submit periodic training reports to the L&D Leader,
HR Manager, and the Board of Directors (BOD).
* Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the L&D Leader, HR Manager, or the Board of Directors.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, HR Training, or Program/Project Coordination.
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, steel structure, EPC, or other engineering-related industries is highly preferred.
* Good command of English with the ability to prepare training materials, deliver presentations, and understand technical documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience with Canva, Notion, SharePoint, Google Drive, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
* Familiarity with AI tools for developing training content and instructional materials is a plus.
* Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information into practical learning content.
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering results with a strong sense of ownership.
* Willing to travel to factories or construction sites when required to collect training content.
