Job Description
Delivering the promotion & own media activities on time and of zero-error, by enabling a coordinated, efficient and streamlined end-to-end execution processes.
This role will contribute to marketing promotion team by performing following tasks:
1. Bridge between promo & designer team in bringing the promotion calendar and activities into live by understanding the business context from marketing promotion team and help bridging that to designer team to ensure the sync in achieving the objectives
a. Support in translating promo calendar into creative brief and direction for designer team
b. Arrange kick-off meeting with designer team to socialize promo plan and target deliverables
c. Arrange weekly follow-up meeting to review progress and distribute tasks
d. Review outputs (artwork, wordings) provided by designer team, following up with campaign's key stakeholders to seek for approvals
2. Execute outputs from designer & copywriter team, using the assigned tools as part of the effort to bring the promotions to live. This task is to include:
a. Uploading banner
b. Creating coupon, testing coupon
c. Setting the promotion page live
d. Other details
3. Maintain a zero-error execution in the overall processes of bringing the promotion activities live to the customers
a. Quality check prior to the promo launch
b. Quality check moment after the promo launch
4. Socialise promo live announcement to Operation team, to ensure they are ready for customer queries
a. Developing and updating document consisting of promo details for customer service team
b. Notify customer service team prior to the promo launch to ensure they are ready to handle the potential queries around promotions
5. Ensure a streamlined and efficient processes going forward
a. Support in mapping as-is processes
b. Support in identifying bottleneck in as-is processes
c. Support in proposing to-be processes to improve quality and scalability in execution, either from streamlining the process or by injecting more automation to current workflow
6. Report own media & promotion performance
Requirements
Min. 0-2 years of similar experiences, exp in doing campaign management is a plus point
Detailed oriented, good project management
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Meticulous, structured and excellent at executing things with accuracy
Type of person that can cope and perform well provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented
