Travel Consultant (German/ Groups Inbound - B2B)

● Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field
● Good command of written and spoken English
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Inbound Tour Operations (Western source markets)
● For the German Inbound Department vacancies: Knowledge of the German language and/or experience with German series would be definitely a plus
● For the Groups Inbound Department vacancy: Experience with ad hoc leisure groups and series handling would be definitely a plus
● Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team
● Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
● Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
Skills:
● Affinity with travel industry and knowledge of destination and surrounding countries
● Ability to work under pressure in peak season periods within timeline
● High degree of customer service with an eye for detail and presentation
● Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks
● Good computer literacy (MS Office; Travel related software)
● Be able to suggest improved ways of working to positively impact people's life and the environment.
