Mô tả công việc

Identify the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
Organize travels from beginning to end, including quoting, and working with the operation team to arrange travel services for the customers.
Work effectively for a good conversion rate and together with the team, reach the sales target.
Provide overseas travel agents/partners/ travelers with accurate and updated travel information.
Liaise with the Accounting department to collect payment from the clients
Stay in touch with the customers on the ground to ensure a smooth trip for them and provide assistance when needed.
Ensure Saffron Travel's standards and policies are followed.

Yêu cầu

Proven working experience as a good Travel Consultant with strong product knowledge in Indochina destinations and a professional mindset.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks
Top-notch interpersonal skills, including communication, respect, and empathy.
Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
Good computer literacy(MS Office including presentation)
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a relevant field.
