Mô tả công việc:
Classroom Management:
Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities effectively.
Assist students in understanding lesson content and completing homework assignments.
Ensure student safety and provide personalized care for each student throughout the course.
Course Administration:
Prepare and distribute course books, materials, and merchandise.
Monitor daily attendance and update student progress records accurately.
Support students in preparing for international exams (e.g., Cambridge, IELTS, SAT).
Deliver letters and official documents.
Report any incidents or problems to AS / CM.
Learning and Development:
Attend meetings as requested.
Participate in workshops and training sessions as required.
Customer Care:
Provide regular reports on student performance and learning outcomes to parents (daily and monthly).
Call parents of absent students.
Receive parent feedback and support the management team in resolving requests or complaints.
Tutor weak students as requested.
Others:
Support the center / head office events as requested.
Take on teaching shifts as requested (minimum 4 classes) and support substitution when necessary.
Thu nhập: 35.000 đồng/ giờ

Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Qualifications
University degree or 2nd-year students and above.
Minimum IELTS 6.0 / TOEIC 785 or equivalent (B2 level of proficiency).
Additional teaching certificates/degrees are highly preferred.
