This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist with client appointments, including preparing product presentations (both on and off-line) and handling administrative tasks.
Marketing support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing plans and activities, including email and Social Media marketing, event coordination, market research or gathering data.
Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records, conducting stock checks, and assist with receiving and organizing new merchandise.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points.
Administrative Duties: Manage schedules, handle correspondence, updating various forms and systems. Support the founder and colleagues with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Operation: working across different functions to ensure a smooth and effective back office operation, including reviewing operating system, workflow, and setting up a better system where required.

Education: University degree.
Experience: Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but the right candidate must be able to showcase a desire to achieve a high-standard in every task.

Confident speaking and writing in English (you will work with overseas clients and colleagues regularly)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
