JOB DESCRIPTION
1.
AAS
-
Supporting on yearly audit process.
-
Accounts Payable:
·
Processing internal request for payments and collecting documents for
those expenses.
·
Inputting cost-relevant transactions into the system.
·
Recording and managing Vendor Aging Report.
-
Accounts Receivable:
·
Issuing Invoices/ Credit notes for A&P and other income/revenue.
·
Keeping track on Employee's advances.
·
Recording and managing Customer Aging Report.
-
Bank & Cash Accounts:
·
Instructing Intern and being responsible for checking Cash & Bank
accounts' entries.
·
Monthly reconciling Bank & Cash Accounts with actual accounts for
closing balance.
2.
ABG
-
Recording all transactions on time for the best reflecting of
financial position.
-
Be responsible for monthly and yearly Financial Statements.
-
In charge of yearly audit process of Alliance and any other relevant
actions with our Agent to committing with Singapore Government's regulations.
3.
Manhattan
-
Recording all transactions on time for the best reflecting of
financial position.
-
Being responsible for monthly and yearly Financial Statements.

Being in charge of yearly reports' preparation process and any other
relevant actions with our Agent to committing with Singapore Government's
regulations.
4.
Others: Completing the Ad-hoc assigned by CA/FD
REQUIREMENTS

Have background of Accounting,
Finance major
·
Have above 2-3 years of working
experience in Trading Company
·
Good in English
·
Good in MS Office
·
Ability to work under pressure and to
meet deadline
·
Ability to work independently,
carefully, and accurately
·
SAP/
SQL/ Power BI & query experiences are a plus

Be the point of contact between the Directors
and company employees/ external parties

Managing diaries and organizing meetings and
appointments
·
Reminding the directors of important tasks and
deadlines
·
Typing, preparing reports, presentations,
correspondence, internal and external communication - Minutes of meeting,
memos, emails
·
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute
correspondence
·
Managing databases and filing systems
·
Coordinate with the Receptionist for booking
and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the Directors
·
Oversee the performance of Receptionist
·
Managing
the Alchemy Sanctuary Villa program and usage
·
Planning
for brand principal and business partner visits
·
Management
of the bar/ main meeting room to ensure it retains good look and adequate
stocks at all times
·
Creating
and managing OneDrive for managing and sharing calendars, activities, visitors
and other important events decided by Directors.
·
Collating
and preparing executive meeting minutes
·
Complete the Ad-hoc as requested by the directors
REQUIREMENTS
PERSONAL SPECS
· At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
· Good English is a must.
· Organization and time management skills, the ability to multitasks.
· Discretion and trustworthiness.
· Flexibility and adaptability.
· Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, administrative skill.
· Good written and verbal skills.
· Leaning attitude, proactiveness.
· Attention to detail, Accuracy in report writing and formatting skills.
· Experiences in F&B Industry is prefer.
